Run your HYROX box.
Let it run the comms.
Your RunStudio works your leads, fills your HYROX classes, chases renewals, and reports back on WhatsApp — so you can stay on programming and coaching, not admin.
You're coaching HYROX all day. The follow-up never happens.
Running it yourself
- A HYROX-format class fills fast, then goes quiet — no one's chasing the drop-off.
- New leads message about race prep or a trial and sit unanswered while you're coaching.
- Your programming tool (Wodify, Kilo) tracks the WOD — but nobody's messaging members about it.
- Renewals lapse mid-training-block because no one flagged the expiring pass.
- Content for your box — race results, PB posts, athlete stories — never gets made or posted.
The comms + admin layer your box is missing.
RunStudio sits alongside your existing programming stack and runs everything around it.
Lead conversion
Every DM about a trial, a HYROX-prep block, or race-day training gets answered, qualified, and booked in — even mid-session.
WhatsApp member comms
Class reminders, prep-block updates, and re-engagement messages go out automatically, in your voice, inside the 24-hour compliant window.
Fills your classes
Quiet HYROX slots get promoted and waitlists get worked before you notice the gap.
Content
Race results, PB shoutouts, and box updates — drafted and posted without you opening a laptop.
Admin follow-up
Expiring passes, lapsed members, and no-shows are flagged and chased — renewals stop leaking out the back.
It's not a Wodify replacement. It's what runs around it.
Every box has a programming/gym-management tool already. Here's what each one does well — and what RunStudio adds on top.
Wodify
They do well: WOD programming, benchmark tracking, leaderboards.
RunStudio adds: Lead conversion, WhatsApp member comms, class-fill nudges, and content — Wodify doesn't touch any of that.
Kilo (Loyalsnap)
They do well: Programming delivery and athlete progress tracking.
RunStudio adds: The front-of-house layer: DMs answered, classes filled, renewals chased, all reported back on WhatsApp.
Octiv
They do well: Class scheduling and gym management for functional-fitness boxes.
RunStudio adds: An AI that actively works leads and lapsed members instead of just holding the schedule — plus content your box isn't making today.
PushPress
They do well: Booking, billing, and member management.
RunStudio adds: The proactive layer on top: conversion, comms, and follow-up that a booking system doesn't do on its own.
RunStudio is the comms + admin + member-engagement layer, not a programming platform — keep Wodify, Kilo, Octiv, or PushPress for WOD tracking and benchmarks. In-app workout programming and benchmark tracking are on our roadmap, not shipped today.
The questions you're actually asking.
Does it replace Wodify / Kilo / Octiv / PushPress?
No. Keep whichever one you use for programming and WOD tracking. RunStudio runs the comms, lead-conversion, and admin follow-up layer around it.
Do you do WOD programming or benchmark tracking?
Not yet — it's on our roadmap. Today RunStudio focuses on filling classes, converting leads, and running member comms on WhatsApp.
We run HYROX-format classes on a rotation — can it handle that?
Yes. Classes, capacity, and passes work the same whether it's a HYROX-format station rotation, a regular functional-fitness class, or a race-prep block.
Locked in?
No. Month-to-month. If it isn't running your box, you leave.
What happens to our data?
It's yours. Member details, bookings, and pass history stay in your studio's own database — we don't sell or share it.
How fast can we go live?
Most boxes are live inside a week — connect WhatsApp, import your class schedule, and RunStudio starts running the comms loop.
