Built for CrossFit boxes

Run your box.
Let it run the comms.

RunStudio works your leads, keeps members in the community, chases renewals, and reports back on WhatsApp — alongside the programming tool you already use.

The problem

You're coaching classes all day. The follow-up never happens.

Running it yourself

  • A trial athlete drops in, has a great session, and never hears from you again.
  • Members drift off after an injury or a busy spell with no one pulling them back.
  • Your programming tool tracks the WOD — but nobody's messaging members about the community.
  • Renewals lapse mid-cycle because no one flagged the expiring membership.
  • Enquiries about on-ramp and drop-ins sit unanswered while you're coaching.
What it runs

The comms + community + admin layer your box is missing.

RunStudio sits alongside your programming stack and runs everything around it.

Lead & trial conversion

Every DM about a trial or on-ramp gets answered, qualified, and booked in — even mid-session. Fast replies are what turn a drop-in into a paying member.

Community that keeps members

It re-engages members who go quiet after an injury or a busy week — community is why athletes stay, and RunStudio keeps them in it.

Renewals chased

Expiring memberships and lapsed athletes are flagged and chased automatically — renewals stop leaking out the back of your box.

Attendance you can see

Check-in and attendance data show who's actually training — falling attendance is the earliest churn signal, caught before cancellation.

Comms that run themselves

Class reminders, community updates, and re-engagement go out automatically in your voice, inside the compliant WhatsApp window.

Honest comparison

It's not a Wodify replacement. It's what runs around it.

Every box already has a programming/gym-management tool. Here's what each does well — and what RunStudio adds on top.

Wodify

They do well: WOD programming, benchmark tracking, leaderboards.

RunStudio adds: Lead conversion, community re-engagement, renewal chasing, and WhatsApp comms — Wodify doesn't touch any of that.

PushPress

They do well: Booking, billing, and member management.

RunStudio adds: The proactive layer on top: trials converted, quiet members re-engaged, renewals chased.

Zen Planner

They do well: Memberships, scheduling, and records.

RunStudio adds: An AI that actively works leads and lapsed athletes instead of just holding the records.

RunStudio is the comms + community + admin layer, not a programming platform — keep Wodify, PushPress, or Zen Planner for WOD tracking, benchmarks, and leaderboards. In-app workout programming and leaderboards are on our roadmap, not shipped today.

The honest bit

The questions you're actually asking.

Does it replace Wodify / PushPress / Zen Planner?

No. Keep whichever one you use for programming and WOD tracking. RunStudio runs the comms, lead-conversion, community, and renewal layer around it.

Do you do WOD programming or leaderboards?

Not yet — it's on our roadmap. Today RunStudio focuses on converting leads, keeping members, and running comms on WhatsApp.

Can it handle on-ramp and drop-ins?

Yes — classes, capacity, and passes work the same for on-ramp courses, regular classes, and drop-ins.

Locked in?

No. Month-to-month. If it isn't running your box, you leave.

What happens to our data?

It's yours. Athlete, booking, and attendance data stays in your box's own database — never sold or shared.

How fast can we go live?

Most boxes are live inside a week — connect WhatsApp, import your schedule, and RunStudio starts running the comms loop.

Ready when you are

Run your box. Let it run the comms.
